Understanding Opportunity:
Exploring Higher Education Access for Refugees

A new report developed through a collaboration between Times Higher Education and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, presents the largest global mapping of higher education opportunities for refugees, aiming to significantly increase refugee enrolment in higher education worldwide.

It reflects on higher education data collection challenges and priorities, as well as how higher education providers support refugee students, contributing to the 15by30 target - increasing the percentage of refugee youth in higher education from the current 7% to 15% by 2030.
